Inca Trail Hiking Permits:
Due to the Peruvian Government, in order to hike the Inca Trail to Machu Picchu City a permit must be obtained. The Ministry of Culture has set the limit to 500 permits per day. Support staff is included in the 500 permits, meaning that about 200 permits are available for tourist and 300 permits are for porters, chefs and guides each day. In high season ( May, June, July and August ) we reccommend you to book your reservations before January of that year, this will prevent your preferred dates to be sold out. In order for us to purchase your permit from the National Park Office, we need a copy of your passport as well as a deposit that is non-refundable. If you have further questions reguarding the Inca Trail Hiking Permits feel free to contact us.
